Job summary

Samudera Indonesia is seeking a logistics professional to join the team in Jakarta, supporting merchant settlements, reporting, and internal projects. You will work with internal teams and external partners to ensure accurate reporting and smooth operations.

The role requires knowledge of ERP systems, warehousing operations, and MS Office, with strong communication and adaptability to changing priorities in a dynamic logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum SLTA/D3 or equivalent.
• Proficient in ERP systems.
• Knowledge of warehousing operations and inventory management.
• Computer skills, especially Microsoft Office.
• Basic proficiency in English.
• Strong communication skills and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Prepare merchant settlement & redemption report.
• Support other internal projects, reports, matters.
• Report day to day property/services activities.
• Ensure the implementation of an Integrated Management System.

Main Responsibilities

• Prepare merchant settlement & redemption report.
• Support other internal projects, reports, matters.
• Report day to day property/services activities.

General Responsibilities

• Ensure the implementation of an Integrated Management System, including the identification, documentation, and control of risks in the relevant department's work area.
• Foster and ensure the commitment of every team member to understand and adhere to all applicable Integrated Management System requirements.
• Be willing to participate in the investigation process of accidents, incidents, or actions that may lead to incidents caused by unsafe actions or unsafe conditions, including providing accurate information and reports based on known facts.
• Be willing to engage in the information security control process applied to protect the information assets and information processing assets owned and/or managed by the Company from threats to confidentiality, integrity, and availability.

Qualifications
