Job summary

CADFEM Indonesia is seeking an experienced Technical Lead – Simulation to drive engineering delivery and ensure technical excellence across FEA/CFD projects. You will mentor engineers, support pre-sales activities, and translate customer needs into robust simulation strategies.

The role requires hands-on expertise with ANSYS tools, strong fundamentals in engineering mechanics, and proven leadership to guide complex industrial applications in automotive, aerospace, electronics, energy, or oil &

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant engineering field is required.
Minimum 5–6 years hands-on simulation experience in industry or consulting.
Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead and oversee FEA and CFD simulation projects with strong technical rigor.
Review modeling approaches, boundary conditions, and interpretation of results.
Mentor and develop FEA/CFD engineers; drive capability building and knowledge sharing.
Collaborate with customers to define requirements and ensure on-time delivery.
Support sales discussions, proposals, and technical workshops.
