Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil/architectural/related engineering fields.
• Minimum 1 year in AEC or BIM implementation, with customer-facing experience preferred.
• Familiar with Autodesk AEC solutions including Forma, Revit, Civil 3D, Construction Cloud, Navisworks, InfraWorks, and related Autodesk technologies.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to translate technical concepts into clear business value for customers.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients to understand problems regarding design‑simulation and provide solutions.
• Present solution recommendations and results during customer meetings.
• Provide support for design and simulation through training or end-to-end guidance on how-to-use the software.
• Build, debug, analyze, and interpret ACE models using Autodesk software.
• Resolve tickets and troubleshoot technical and process issues to maintain productivity.
