Job summary

PT Sen Karya Cemerlang is seeking a Social Media Specialist to own end-to-end short-form video across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. You will translate content calendars into high-retention assets, lead independent production loops, and adapt editing structures to rapid algorithm changes.

You will monitor viral trends in real-time, optimize across platforms, ensure visual consistency with brand guidelines, and collaborate with the Social Media Lead to maintain a compelling brand

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Communications Sciences, Visual Communication Design, Creative Multimedia, or related field.
• 1–3 years of hands-on experience as Content Creator, Video Maker, or Social Media Specialist.
• Proficient with CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, and VN Video Editor.
• Strong storytelling and on-camera presenting abilities.
• Ability to operate cameras and smartphone capture workflows independently.
• Aesthetic judgment for color grading and typography.
• Understanding of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube ecosystems.
• Proven ability to meet tight deadlines while coordinating multiple streams.

Responsibilities

• Content Planning: build and balance day-to-day and weekly platform tracks.
• Storyboarding & Scripting: translate marketing directives into scripts and storyboards.
• Independent Production: lead end-to-end filming with mobile or mid-tier gear.
• Video Editing & Post-Production: edit with precise splicing, transitions, audio, overlays.
• Platform Adaptation: tailor assets for TikTok, Reels, Shorts.
• Visual & Tone Consistency: enforce brand visual standards.
• Trend & Viral Monitoring: monitor trends and deploy into narratives.
• Technical Quality Control: pre-submission reviews to fix issues.
