Job summary

Intrepid Asia is seeking a creative Content Strategist to shape brand storytelling for livestreams and short-form video across TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts. You will write engaging scripts, craft hooks, and translate trends into compelling content for social commerce.

You will work closely with creative, production, and marketing teams in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. The role emphasizes storytelling, data-informed optimization, and strong Excel proficiency to analyze performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of relevant copywriting experience (internships included).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A strong portfolio showcasing storyboarding, social content, or campaign work.
• Strong understanding of TikTok culture, trends, and tone.
• Ability to identify trends and translate insights into actionable content ideas.
• Basic ability to interpret content performance data and apply insights to copywriting.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Passion for pop culture, fashion, lifestyle, and digital storytelling.
• Strong command of Excel, including formulas for data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills — client-facing.

Responsibilities

• Develop end-to-end short-form video strategies across platforms (TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts).
• Conceptualize and write engaging scripts with hooks and storyboards.
• Translate ideas into performance-driven content with clear messaging for native formats.
• Conduct trendspotting, audience analysis, and competitor benchmarking.
• Create structured reports and presentations with performance summaries and recommendations.
