Job summary

PT. PANCA JAYA SETIA is seeking a creative video producer to manage all stages from ideation to post-production for campaigns across TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other digital needs.

You will design concepts, script, shoot, edit, and finalize videos, while analyzing performance and staying current with short-form trends. A 2–3 year track record and a strong portfolio are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum D4 education in FSRD, FIKOM, FFTV, or FIK.
• 2–3 years of videography or digital media production experience.
• Portfolio of video work required.

Responsibilities

• Design creative concepts, scriptwriting, and storyboard creation for each video material.
• Execute shooting/filming process (camera, lighting, and audio) and serve as talent if required.
• Perform editing, color grading, motion graphics, and sound design.
• Analyze video performance (insights/metrics) and follow current trends on social media for content development.
