PT Emas Pandai Indonesia seeks a creative Social Media Specialist to plan, create, and edit short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) to showcase our gold products and captivate audiences.

You will manage a content calendar aligned with store openings, product launches, and seasonal promotions, write brand-centered captions with clear CTAs, and respond to customer inquiries while driving store foot traffic.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 1–3+ years in Social Media Specialist or similar role with a strong short-form video portfolio.
• Social-native and familiar with TikTok/Instagram trends, viral content, meme formats, and online culture.
• End-to-end content creation: ideation, shooting, editing, hooks, captions, and CTAs.
• Comfortable appearing on camera and producing multiple content pieces per week.
• Understands what makes content perform, including hooks, timing, sounds, angles, and audience engagement.
• Basic understanding of social media metrics and able to use insights to improve content.
• Fast, creative, adaptable, open to feedback, and willing to experiment.
• Experience in retail, fintech, or consumer brands is a plus.
• Proven high-performing content (1M+ views) and familiarity with AI tools such as Kling, Veo, ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini are pluses.

• Identify and coordinate collaborations with relevant influencers and partners.
• Track weekly engagement, reach, and audience growth metrics across platforms.
• Stay up to date on social media trends, viral audio, and retail marketing tactics.
