Job summary

PT. VIAPULSA GLOBAL INDONESIA seeks a Content Creator / Social Media Specialist to lead short-form video content on TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. You will act as the brand face, craft scripts, shoot and edit content, and stay ahead of trends to drive engagement and growth.

The role requires at least 1 year of experience with a strong portfolio, and willingness to work on-site in Yogyakarta, collaborating with the marketing team to execute campaigns and optimize performance.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Specialist, or similar role.
Strong portfolio of creative work.
Active social media user with understanding of platform mechanics, algorithms and trends.

Responsibilities

Content Strategy & Creation: Conceptualize, script and create engaging short-form video content (TikTok, Reels, Shorts).
On-Camera Talent: Be the primary face and voice of the brand with on-camera performances and voiceovers.
Trend Analysis: Track trends and adapt them into marketing content.
Collaboration & Execution: Work with marketing to align content with campaigns and product updates.
Performance Optimization: Analyze metrics to refine strategy and improve reach.
