Job summary

BukuWarung is seeking an Ecommerce Manager to own the growth of BukuAgen's Shopee EDC channel. You will plan campaigns, manage ads and budget, optimize conversion, and analyze performance to drive orders and revenue while keeping CAC efficient.

In this role you will coordinate a small admin/operations team, develop SOPs, and partner with affiliates to expand reach. You will balance strategic planning with hands-on execution to hit monthly targets and improve store health.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent practical experience in e-commerce/digital marketing.
• 3–5 years hands-on experience managing a Shopee store or comparable marketplace.
• Proven experience running Shopee Ads and managing ad budgets to CAC/ROAS goals.
• Strong analytical skills with spreadsheets and funnel metrics.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly order, revenue, and CAC/ROAS targets for the Shopee EDC channel.
• Plan and run Shopee Ads (search, display, affiliate) and manage budgets.
• Design and execute campaigns, vouchers, flash sales, and promotions.
• Improve listing quality, pricing, content, and store layout to lift conversions and AOV.
• Analyze funnel, ads, and sales data; produce weekly/monthly performance reports.
• Direct and review the work of the Shopee Admin(s); set SOPs and quality standards.
• Manage seller affiliate programs and collaborations.
• Keep the store compliant with Shopee policies and protect account health.
