Job summary

Matahari in Sorong is seeking a Shop Supervisor for our specialty store to lead the team, drive sales targets, and deliver excellent customer experiences.

You will oversee daily operations, including promotions, merchandising, stock control, and replenishment, while coaching staff to build high-performing teams and maximize profits. Fluency in English and color discernment are valued; shift work is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with GPA ≥ 2.75; diploma degrees with experience welcomed.
• Retail fashion experience is an advantage.
• Strong conceptual thinking and problem solving abilities.
• Solid analytical, interpersonal skills and leadership potential.
• Good selling skill and multitasking ability.
• Proficient in English and computer literate.
• Able to distinguish colors and willing to work in shifts.
