Job summary

Matahari is seeking a capable operations leader to oversee merchandising, shrinkage, customer experience, and manpower across Jakarta & Bekasi. You will direct and develop the team to achieve sales targets and analyze productivity, providing practical recommendations for improvements.

Candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree with GPA ≥ 2.75, and have experience in retail/sales or customer service. Proficiency in English and computer literacy is required, with willingness to work in shifts.
