Job summary

PT MDS Retailing Tbk in Palangka Raya is seeking a Shop Supervisor for our specialty store. You will lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver an excellent customer experience.

You will oversee daily store operations, including sales, promotions, merchandising, stock control, and replenishment, and coach staff to build a high‑performing team. The role requires a degree, good English and computer literacy, and willingness to work in shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline, GPA ≥ 2.75 (Diploma degrees with experience welcome).
• Experience in retail fashion is advantageous.
• Strong conceptual thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Good selling skills and multitasking ability.
• Good in English and computer literate.
