Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim is seeking a Service Crew for our shisha lounge in Ubud, Bali. The role involves welcoming guests, taking orders, and assisting with food and beverage service in a full-time capacity.

You will maintain a clean lounge, prepare and clean shisha equipment, and support daily tasks while following our procedures. Training will be provided if lacking experience, and a friendly attitude is valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
• No experience required; training will be provided.
• F&B, restaurant, bar, or shisha experience is a plus.
• Honest, responsible, disciplined, and hardworking.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Willing to learn and able to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Prepare and serve shisha according to our standards.
• Take customer orders and assist with food and beverage service.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the lounge and tables.
• Prepare and clean shisha equipment.
• Assist with opening and closing duties.
• Support other daily operational tasks when needed.
• Follow company standards, procedures, and instructions.
