Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Shipping Management, Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture, or other relevant fields.
• Minimum 1.5 years of experience in a shipping company; fresh graduates with a related degree are welcome.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
• Strong administrative, organizational, and coordination skills.
• Able to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Willing to be assigned to Banjarmasin, with an initial training period of ~6 months in Jakarta.

Responsabilités

• Support daily shipping operations and manage operational documents and data.
• Prepare and maintain operational documentation.
• Receive and verify Vessel Requisitions to ensure completeness and adherence to procedures.
• Input verified Vessel Requisitions into the system and convert them into official Purchase Requisitions (PRs).
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with internal procedures.
• Provide general administrative support to the operations team as needed.
