Job summary

PT Dream Plastic Indonesia seeks a Shipping Supervisor to lead the Shipping team in handling Shipping Instructions, documents, and labels. You will coordinate with forwarders, factories, and internal teams to ensure accurate data entry and timely documentation.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree, 3+ years in shipping or logistics with supervisory experience, and strong Excel and communication skills. English is required; Chinese is a plus. This on-site role is based in Indonesia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any major.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in shipping, export–import, logistics, or related fields, with supervisory experience preferred.
• English language required; Chinese language is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the Shipping team in managing Shipping Instructions (SI), shipping documents, and labels.
• Coordinate shipment details with forwarders, factories, and internal teams.
• Monitor accurate and timely data entry and shipping documentation.
• Ensure shipments are handled accurately and on schedule.
• Manage high workloads, resolve shipping issues, and maintain team performance.
