Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate shipment arrangements.
• Ensure clients' requirements are fulfilled prior to shipment.
• Ensure smooth and on-time deliveries for clients.
• Ensure complete shipping documents are submitted in a timely manner.
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors, forwarders, and shipping agents.
• Monitor shipment schedules and proactively resolve delays or disruptions.
• Verify accuracy of invoices, tariffs, and freight charges to ensure cost efficiency.
• Track shipments and provide regular status updates to clients and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with customs, port authority, and international trade regulations.
