Job summary
Konnco Studio in Indonesia is seeking an Infra Operations Engineer to run day-to-day operations with real traffic, providing early troubleshooting and realtime reporting to relevant teams.
You will monitor Kubernetes, Linux servers, and cloud services, build Grafana dashboards with Prometheus, and support basic database troubleshooting for PostgreSQL, MySQL, and ClickHouse. Fresh graduates with internship exposure are welcome.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT/CS or related field.
- Fresh graduates welcome with internship experience in relevant field.
- Basic understanding of Kubernetes, containerization, networking, Linux, Grafana, and cloud computing.
- Good communication to report system status clearly and in realtime.
- Willing to work shifts.
Responsibilities
- Run day-to-day infra operations and realtime system monitoring per shift schedule.
- Do early troubleshooting and report system status/incidents in realtime to relevant teams.
- Monitor workloads on Kubernetes, containers, and Linux-based servers.
- Handle basic network configuration and cloud computing services for hosting and operations.
- Build and monitor Grafana dashboards - Prometheus stack.
- Monitor and do basic troubleshooting on databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, ClickHouse)
