Job summary

Kredivo Group is hiring a Senior DevOps Engineer (SDE3) in Indonesia to lead infrastructure efforts for Kredivo International. You will architect scalable, secure systems across AWS, GCP, and Kubernetes, owning CI/CD pipelines and incident response while mentoring junior engineers.

You will collaborate with product teams, enforce IaC and observability, and drive cost efficiency in cloud infrastructure, ensuring compliance and robust performance across environments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in DevOps, SRE, or Infrastructure Engineering.
• Strong Kubernetes experience highly preferred.
• Strong automation experience highly preferred.
• Deep experience with AWS and/or GCP, cloud platforms.
• Hands-on with container orchestration (Kubernetes), AWS ECS, Helm, ArgoCD, service mesh.
• Experience writing Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
• Solid Linux, networking, DNS, and performance tuning knowledge.
• Understanding of firewalls, NAT, packet filtering (iptables).
• Experience with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, ELK).
• Programming/scripting in Python, Go, or Bash.
• Experience with CI/CD platforms like GitHub Actions, Bitbucket, Jenkins.
• Secrets management experience (AWS KMS, etc).
• Migration of services to cloud and containerization.
• Experience with Atlassian products; JumpCloud is a plus.
• Data analysis and visualization skills.
• Proven ability to lead technical projects and mentor engineers.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure infrastructure across environments (AWS, GCP, Kubernetes, ECS).
• Own and improve CI/CD pipelines to enhance delivery speed and safety.
• Lead incident response, root cause analysis, and postmortem reviews.
• Develop and enforce IaC, configuration management, and observability best practices.
• Guide architectural decisions to support high availability and fault tolerance.
• Drive cost optimization and resource efficiency in cloud infra.
• Mentor junior engineers through reviews and knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with compliance teams for audit readiness and regulations.
• Take ownership of high-impact cross-functional initiatives.
