Job summary

BALI HAI Brewing Co. in Indonesia is seeking a shift leader for the brewing cellar production to drive planned volumes and maintain quality in accordance with our standards.

You will plan material stock, analyze losses, propose improvements, and lead 5S, ISO and HACCP initiatives as part of a dedicated team. This role requires collaboration with maintenance and production teams, hands-on problem solving, and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• Min. 2 years experience in automated food manufacturing environment & food process.
• Knowledge on Chemical/ Food Process and mechanical or instrument.
• Familiar with automated production flow process.
• Having good leadership and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team in rotating shifts in the brewing cellar production to achieve planned volumes and quality.
• Plan and follow up on material stock level to ensure availability for production.
• Data analysis on losses and reports, recommend and implement improvement actions.
• Propose and execute equipment and process modifications.
• Lead and participate in continous improvement activities through 5S, ISO, HACCP.
