Job summary

Diageo Americas in Bali, Indonesia, is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead manufacturing operations. You will manage production processes, ensure safety and quality, and drive efficiency on the shop floor.

The role requires at least 3 years in manufacturing, experience with 5S and continuous improvement, and the ability to coach a diverse team. You'll collaborate across functions to meet MAKE KPIs and uphold governance standards within the site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Chemical Engineering or related field.
• At least 3 years' experience in manufacturing (FMCG preferred).
• Knowledge of 5S, setup time reduction, and reliability centred maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute production processes within budget and output targets.
• Ensure safety, quality, cost and delivery requirements are met.
• Develop an enthusiastic, motivated team on the shopfloor and coach staff.
• Conduct loss and waste analysis and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead 5S implementation and collaborate with cross-functional teams on MAKE.
