Diageo Bali is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead the production process, ensuring safety, quality, and efficient delivery. You will coach a dynamic team, implement 5S and continuous improvement, and drive cost-saving initiatives across shifts.

At least 3 years in manufacturing with ISO/HACCP exposure, SAP experience, and strong communication are required. This role anchors a hands-on, fast-paced supply chain environment in Bali.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Engineering.
• At least 3 years’ experience in manufacturing process with proven leadership.
• Knowledge of 5S, setup time reduction, reliability centred maintenance.
• Knowledge of Diageo saving and productivity as part of the AOP process.
• Working knowledge of SAP.
• Experience coaching teams for success.
• Experience in ISO/HACCP certification.
• Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (DMAIC, PDCA).
• Track record of waste and cost saving opportunities.
• Strong engagement and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and Diageo packages.

Responsabilités

• Lead production processes within budget and output targets.
• Ensure safety, quality, cost and delivery requirements are met.
• Develop an enthusiastic, motivated team in a psychology-safe environment.
• Develop procedures aligned with shopfloor practice and conduct root-cause analysis.
• Coach and train team members; conduct loss and waste analyses for CI.
• Lead 5S implementation and Tier 2 codification alignment with standards.
