Job summary

INEOS Aromatics is seeking a DCS/Shift Operator to perform routine field activities and DCS control during shifts, ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient operation in line with INEOS safety principles. The candidate will prepare work permits, monitor process parameters, and support field teams to sustain continuous production.

Fresh graduates or those with 2–3 years of Petrochemical experience are welcomed. Strong communication and teamwork, plus basic data entry skills, are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in chemical engineering.
• Fresh graduate or 2–3 years' Petrochemical production experience.
• Basic data entry and record-keeping skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

• Operate DCS and control room to maintain safe, reliable operation.
• Prepare and control permits to work and safety procedures.
• Monitor process parameters to keep unit within safe operating limits.
• Coordinate with maintenance and field operators on shift to ensure safe operations.
