Job summary

The role requires a Bachelor's in Food Technology or Engineering and 3-5 years in a manufacturing or food industry function; strong people management and disciplined execution are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Food Technology or Engineering required.
• 3–5 years experience in a functional role in the food industry.
• Proven ability to lead and engage teams.
• Strong commitment to safety and NGMP guidelines.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Safety Culture and enforce personnel hygiene & safety procedures.
• Ensure Semi Finish Goods and Finished Goods meet quality standards and manufacturing instructions.
• Maintain clean and safe work areas in accordance with NGMP.
• Manage Production through operational reviews and standard routines.
• Organize and delegate tasks, evaluate team performance.
• Maintain dialogue with stakeholders including line shift teams and Production Manager.
