Job summary

PT Pan Brothers Tbk is seeking a qualified Industrial Engineering graduate to support sewing production supervision in Tangerang. The role involves assisting the Sewing Production Manager, monitoring output, quality, and efficiency on the production floor.

You will train sewing operators, coordinate with other departments, and help prepare simple daily to monthly production reports, contributing to smooth production flow for a large garment manufacturing group.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering.
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Supervisor or Assistant Manager in the garment industry.
Good understanding of garment production processes and sewing machine operations.
Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills and Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Good knowledge of quality standards, productivity, and efficiency in the garment industry.
Willingness to be stationed in Tangerang.

Responsibilities

Assist the Sewing Production Manager in supervising sewing operations on the production floor.
Monitor production efficiency, productivity, and product quality.
Train sewing operators to improve their skills and performance.
Handle quality and production issues and take corrective actions when needed.
Prepare simple daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth production flow.
