Job summary

PT Talentvis Consulting Indonesia seeks an experienced Production Manager to oversee end-to-end garment production, ensuring targets, quality, and on-time delivery. You will drive efficiency across cutting, sewing, finishing and packing, guiding supervisors and a large team while coordinating with multiple departments.

The role requires 8–10 years in garment manufacturing with 3–5 years in a leadership position, plus strong process improvement and ERP/Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Textile Engineering, Garment Technology, or related field.
• 8–10 years in garment manufacturing with 3–5 years in a Production Manager or similar leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of garment manufacturing: cutting, sewing, finishing, packing.
• Experience in production planning, line balancing, capacity utilization, productivity improvement.
• Understanding of garment quality standards, KPIs, and manufacturing cost control.
• Leadership experience managing production supervisors and large workforce.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Familiarity with Lean, 5S, continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proficient in English (written and spoken).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; ERP experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end garment production processes: cutting, sewing, finishing, packing.
• Develop and execute production plans to meet output targets and delivery schedules.
• Monitor performance, line efficiency, manpower utilization, and costs.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions to improve productivity.
• Lead and coach production supervisors, line leaders, and operators.
• Coordinate with PPC, IE, QA/QC, Merchandising and other departments for smooth flow.
• Ensure compliance with specs, safety standards, and company policies.
• Drive continuous improvement to reduce waste, defects, rework, and costs.
