Qualifications

• Experience as Sewing Supervisor in garment industry.
• Familiar with garment sewing processes, production workflows, and quality management.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations and workforce allocation in the sewing department.
• Ensure production targets and efficiency are met.
• Manage team leaders and production operators.
• Coordinate and resolve production problems.
