Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Electrical Power Industry is preferred.
• Significant experience in Service Sales including IB Management.
• Strong customer relationship skills and understanding of Hitachi Energy systems and products.
• Experience in the Energy sector with analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
• Proficiency in spoken & written English is required.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new service sales opportunities by analyzing IB potential and developing service-focused account plans.
• Establish long-term customer relationships with key decision-makers and expand service offerings.
• Develop pricing strategies in-country in collaboration with pricing managers to maximize profitability.
• Lead and coach the service sales team to deliver growth and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with external and internal regulations and Hitachi standards.
