Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or F&B training is an advantage.
• Prior experience in a restaurant or hospitality service role preferred, ideally in a high-end or fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of food service procedures and hygiene standards.
• Strong sense of urgency and ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Excellent coordination and time-management skills to ensure smooth service flow.
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; basic English proficiency is an advantage for guest interaction.

Clears, cleans, and resets tables quickly and efficiently to maintain smooth guest turnover and uphold the Nilagiri'scleanliness standards.

Assists servers and other front-of-house staff in maintaining a seamless and efficient service flow, especially during peak periods.

Communicates effectively with kitchen and service staff to ensure accurate order delivery and quick resolution of any issues.

Supports the delivery of a refined dining experience by being attentive, proactive, and responsive to guest and team needs without disrupting service ambiance.
