Job summary

Delta Electronics (Thailand) Public Company Limited is seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead our Indonesia service operations focused on Data Center Infrastructure and Telecom power solutions. You will drive service delivery, project implementation, maintenance contracts, and customer engagement while collaborating with Sales, Engineering, Finance, and regional teams.

The role requires 10–15 years in service operations with at least 5 years in a managerial or customer-facing leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 10–15 years of experience in service operations, project delivery, Data Center, Power, or Telecom industries.
• At least 5 years in a managerial or customer-facing leadership role.
• Strong experience in service management, project delivery, pricing, and contract management.
• Good understanding of UPS, LV/MV, cooling, and power infrastructure.
• Strong English communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bahasa Indonesia proficiency is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Indonesia Service team, including Project Managers and Field Service Engineers.
• Oversee project implementation, commissioning, maintenance, and service delivery.
• Manage service contracts, customer relationships, SLA/KPI performance, and escalations.
• Lead service pricing, proposals, contract negotiations, and commercial activities.
• Support service business growth, budgeting, profitability, and operational efficiency.
• Develop and mentor the service team and drive continuous improvement.
