Job summary

Xapiens Teknologi Indonesia is seeking an entry-level IT support specialist to install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripherals, and to provide first-line support for video conferencing and hybrid meetings.

You will monitor end-user systems, perform preventive maintenance, assist with daily troubleshooting, and help create documentation while building strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
• Solid grasp of basic IT infrastructure, networking, and mobile devices.
• Familiar with Microsoft 365, Windows OS, cloud basics, and cybersecurity principles.
• Understanding of SLA/OLA with willingness to learn MPS, ITAM & MDM.
• Tech-savvy and eager to adapt to Gen-AI tools.
• Customer-oriented team player with strong communication skills.
