Skills, Experience, and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5–7 years in service center or workshop management within mining or heavy industrial sectors.
• Proven experience in rubber lining, mechanical services, and pump rebuild operations (desirable) Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP) and MS Office Suite.
