Job summary

Worley in Indonesia is seeking a Day Drilling Supervisor to lead the drilling crew and daily operations on site. You will oversee drilling execution, ensure equipment is well maintained, and drive safe, compliant performance in geothermal projects.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor of Engineering and at least 10 years in drilling, including 4 years in geothermal contexts, with a valid international well control certificate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Engineering degree required.
• Total 10+ years in drilling projects.
• Geothermal drilling experience: 4+ years.
• 8+ years as Drilling Supervisor.
• 4+ years as Geothermal Drilling Supervisor.
• Active geothermal project involvement in last 12 months.
• 2+ geothermal training courses attended.
• Involvement in 4 geothermal fields.
• Valid international well control certificate.

What You’ll Do

We are looking for Day Drilling Supervisor to join our team in Indonesia.

The Role Responsibilities Include

• Supervise drilling crew and daily drilling operations. Overseeing the execution of drilling activities to ensure operations run smoothly.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of equipment. Develops and recommends revisions or enhancements to solve and troubleshoot drilling problems.

Compliance

• Support the implementation and maintenance of the Environmental Management System (EMS) in accordance with ISO 14001, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and promoting continuous environmental performance improvement.
• Promote and maintain a safe and healthy work environment by supporting the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OHSMS) in compliance with ISO 45001, identifying hazards, assessing risks, and driving continuous improvement in workplace safety.
• Support the implementation and monitoring of the Anti-Bribery Management System (ABMS) in accordance with ISO 37001, ensuring compliance with anti-bribery policies, due diligence, and promoting a culture of integrity and transparency.
• Employees are expected to comply with the ISO 9001 Quality Management System by following established procedures, maintaining accurate records, and contributing to continual improvement. This ensures alignment with the organization's commitment to quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Have

• Having minimum Bachelor of Engineering
• Minimum 10 years of experience relevant to drilling project:
• Total Cumulative Professional Experiences in Geothermal Drilling Projects: minimum 4 years
• Total Cumulative Professional Experiences as Drilling Supervisor: minimum 8 years
• Total Cumulative Professional Experiences as Geothermal Drilling Supervisor: minimum 4 years
• Is being active working in a geothermal project for the past 12 months
• Number of Geothermal Drilling Training/Course attended: minimum 2 courses/trainings
• Number of Different Geothermal Fields Involvement: minimum 4 geothermal fields
• Must have valid International Accredited Well Control Certificate
