Job summary

Weir Minerals in Jakarta seeks a Service Centre Manager to lead a dynamic team delivering maintenance and repair solutions for the mining industry. You will oversee rubber lining, mechanical services, and pump rebuilds, ensuring safety, quality, and customer satisfaction across all service activities.

You will drive operational excellence, manage budgets and relationships with mining customers, and develop staff while upholding Weir’s standards and values in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5-7 years in service center or workshop management within mining or heavy industrial sectors.
• Proven experience in rubber lining, mechanical services, and pump rebuild operations (desirable).
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP) and MS Office Suite.

• Lead and manage all service centre activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow optimization.
