Weir Minerals Jakarta is seeking a Service Centre Manager to lead a dynamic maintenance team delivering rubber lining, mechanical services, and pump rebuilds for the mining industry.

You will drive operational excellence, ensure safety and quality, manage budgets, and sustain strong relationships with key mining customers, while developing staff and maintaining inventory to support service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
• 5–7 years in service center or workshop management within mining or heavy industrial sectors.
• Experience in rubber lining, mechanical services, and pump rebuilds (desirable).

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage all service centre activities including scheduling, resources, and workflow optimization.
• Maintain relationships with mining customers ensuring timely service delivery.
• Supervise and develop service centre staff with focus on safety, accountability, and performance.
• Manage budgets, costs, and profitability; oversee inventory of parts and materials to support service operations.
