Weir Minerals Jakarta is seeking a Service Centre Manager to lead a dynamic team delivering maintenance and repair solutions for the mining industry. You will oversee rubber lining, mechanical services and pump rebuilds, ensuring safety, efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or industrial engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5–7 years in service center or workshop management within mining or heavy industrial sectors (implied experience).
• Experience in rubber lining, mechanical services, and pump rebuild operations is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Safety First: uphold zero harm behaviors across service operations.
• Lead and manage all service centre activities including scheduling, resources, and workflow.
• Maintain strong relationships with mining customers for timely service delivery.
• Supervise and develop service center staff, fostering safety and accountability.
• Manage budgets, costs, and profitability of the service centre; oversee inventory.
