Weir Minerals in Jakarta is seeking a Service Centre Manager to lead a dynamic team delivering maintenance and repair solutions for the mining sector. You will oversee scheduling, resource allocation, safety, and customer satisfaction while driving efficiency and quality.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering and 5–7 years in service center management within mining or heavy industry, plus SAP and MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5–7 years in service center or workshop management within mining or heavy industrial sectors.
• Proven experience in rubber lining, mechanical services, and pump rebuild operations (desirable).
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP) and MS Office Suite.
