Weir Minerals Jakarta seeks a Service Centre Manager to lead a dynamic team delivering maintenance and repair solutions for the mining industry. You’ll oversee rubber lining, mechanical services, and pump rebuilds to ensure safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

You’ll drive operational excellence, manage scheduling and budgets, and build strong relationships with mining customers while mentoring staff to meet the highest standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 5–7 years in service center or workshop management within mining or heavy industrial sectors.
• Desirable experience in rubber lining, mechanical services, and pump rebuild operations.

Skills, Experience, And Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5–7 years in service center or workshop management within mining or heavy industrial sectors.
• Proven experience in rubber lining, mechanical services, and pump rebuild operations (desirable)
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP) and MS Office Suite.
