Job summary

Autoliv in Indonesia is seeking a Serial Life Project Engineer to coordinate and manage serial production projects, engineering changes, and customer requirements to meet quality, cost, delivery and customer satisfaction objectives.

You will lead cross-functional teams, develop project plans, monitor milestones and risks, and ensure changes are reviewed and implemented, with a focus on on-time delivery and sample preparation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Automotive Industry and 3-5 years in Project Management or Industrial Engineering.
• Strong understanding of Automotive Core Tools: APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate serial production projects and changes from initiation through implementation and closure.
• Act as primary project contact for internal stakeholders and customers.
• Support customer requests related to Serial Life Project.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to execute project activities on schedule.
• Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, risks, and action trackers.
• Ensure product, process, and documentation changes are reviewed, approved, and implemented.
• Prepare product samples and manage sample build schedules to ensure on-time delivery.

In this role you will be responsible for coordinating and managing serial production projects, engineering changes, and customer requirements to ensure successful implementation while meeting quality, cost, delivery, and customer satisfaction objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage serial production projects and changes from initiation through implementation and closure, including act as the primary project contact for internal stakeholders and customers regarding serial projects.
• Support customer requests related to Serial Life Project
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to execute project activities according to agreed timelines.
• Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, risks, and action trackers.
• Ensure all product, process, and documentation changes are properly reviewed, approved, and implemented.
• Coordinate the preparation of product samples for customer requests, validation activities, and internal testing, including monitor sample build schedules and ensure on-time delivery to customers.
• Preparation documents for Project report and AS403 Approval

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience working in Automotive Industry
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Project Management or Industrial Engineering
• Strong understanding about Automotive Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA)
• Experience managing cross-functional projects in tight time manner
