Job summary

Autoliv is seeking a Global Solution Lead (GSL) for OneStream Forecasting and xP&A to elevate our planning capabilities across the Group and functions. You will own the OneStream xP&A solution, bridge business and technical teams, and drive data governance to ensure reliable financial planning and reporting.

You will lead roadmap initiatives, coordinate enhancements, and support governance, with a focus on improving processes, documentation, and training to enable sustained improvements in FP&A,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
• MBA would be considered a plus.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Worked as a Financial Controller at some point, preferably at a manufacturing company.
• Experience from enterprise planning processes (FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, scenario planning).
• Experience designing driver-based and multidimensional planning models.
• Hands-on experience with EPM tools & systems management (e.g., OneStream, Anaplan, Oracle EPM Cloud, SAP Analytics Cloud Planning).
• OneStream Certified Professional is preferred.
• Experience in finance transformation.
• Proficiency in data modeling (dimensions, hierarchies, allocations, assumptions).

• Ensure smooth day-to-day business.
• Ensure data integrity and governance.
• Maintain documentation, training materials, and user guidance.

• Lead change management and enhancements including impact assessments.

In this role you will be responsible for improving Autoliv’s OneStream forecasting and planning solution, ensuring it meets business needs and reporting standards acting as an extension of the Business Control Team.

The role acts as the key bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, driving system enhancements, supporting operations, and safeguarding data quality and processes. It involves leading change initiatives, coordinating complex enhancements, and ensuring robust governance, data integrity, and adherence to best practices.

In addition, the role includes administrative tasks, troubleshooting support, oversees documentation and training, and drives continuous improvement and simplification of processes.
