Job summary

Seven Retail is seeking a SEO Senior Associate to lead technical SEO initiatives across our lifestyle services platforms. You will conduct regular site audits, fix issues impacting rankings, and optimize landing pages for both visibility and conversions, in close collaboration with the SEM, content, and creative teams.

The role requires hands-on experience with Google Search Console, GA4, GTM, and top SEO tools, plus CMS familiarity (WordPress or similar) to drive measurable traffic and revenue

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in Technical SEO.
• Strong understanding of Technical SEO fundamentals, landing page optimization, CRO, and Core Web Vitals.
• Hands-on experience with Google Search Console, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and tools like Ahrefs/SEMrush/Screaming Frog.
• Experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress or similar.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with developers and marketing teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular technical SEO audits including indexing, crawlability, and Core Web Vitals.
• Identify and fix technical issues affecting rankings and landing pages.
• Manage on-page SEO structure: meta tags, headers, schema, internal links.
• Optimize landing pages for organic visibility and conversions; run A/B tests.
• Set up and monitor analytics (GA4, GTM, Search Console) and report performance.
• Collaborate with SEM, content, and creative teams to align SEO with growth goals.

Your Day-to-Day

• Technical SEO & Site Health
  • Conduct regular technical SEO audits (indexing, crawlability, Core Web Vitals, mobile usability)
  • Identify and fix technical issues affecting rankings and landing page performance
  • Manage on-page SEO structure (meta tags, headers, schema, internal linking)
  • Ensure SEO best practices are implemented during website updates
• Landing Page Optimization (SEO + CRO)
  • Optimize landing pages for organic visibility and conversion rate
  • Improve page speed, layout, and user experience
  • Collaborate with SEM team to build and optimize high-performing landing pages
  • Conduct A/B testing on landing page elements (headline, CTA, structure)
  • Ensure alignment between keyword intent, content, and page experience
• Tracking, Analytics & Reporting
  • Ensure accurate tracking setup (GA4, Google Tag Manager, Search Console)
  • Monitor landing page performance (traffic, CVR, bounce rate)
  • Analyze SEO contribution to leads and revenue
  • Provide actionable insights and optimization recommendations
• Work closely with performance marketing (SEM, paid media), content team, and creative team

Who We’re Looking For

• 2–4 years of experience in Technical SEO.
• Strong understanding of Technical SEO fundamentals, landing page optimization, CRO principles, and Core Web Vitals.
• Hands‑on experience with Google Search Console, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Screaming Frog.
• Experience working with CMS platforms such as WordPress, custom CMS, or similar.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with developers and marketing teams.
