Job summary

Seven Retail is seeking a Performance Marketing Associate (Google) to join our expanding team. You will develop, execute, and optimize paid channels to acquire users across Meta, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, and SEO, turning data into actionable campaigns.

You’ll produce regular reports, run A/B tests, and collaborate with Brand and Marketing to deliver high-performing campaigns, using strong analytical and communication skills to drive growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
• 3-5 years of proven experience in performance marketing.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with ability to create strategy and draw insights from data.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and optimize paid channels to drive user acquisition across multiple channels, including Meta, Google (SEM, Discovery, Display), Youtube, LinkedIn and TikTok as well as SEO.
• Conduct regular analysis to identify room for improvement and make a data driven recommendations to improve performance.
• Provide regular reporting (weekly and monthly), including channel performance review, data insights, and action plan.
• Continuously conduct an A/B test experiment to optimize campaign.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Brand, Marketing) to deliver high performing campaign.

Your Day-to-Day
