Job summary

Seven Retail is seeking a Growth Senior Associate (Education) to accelerate growth across Indonesia. You will spearhead new channel development, scale channels, and back new product initiatives with market insights.

You will analyze markets, build business cases, and drive strategic growth through cross-functional collaboration, reporting to senior leadership. This role demands strong analytical aptitude, stakeholder management, and comfort with ambiguity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.
• Minimum 4-7 years of experience in Growth, Strategy, Business Development, Product Management, Consulting, Project Management, or related functions.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional projects from ideation through execution and scaling.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to convert data into actionable business recommendations.
• Experience conducting market research, business case development, and opportunity sizing.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience presenting recommendations to senior management.
• Comfortable working in ambiguous environments and building new initiatives from scratch.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and presentation tools (PowerPoint/Google Slides).

Your Day-to-Day

New Channel Development

• Develop and scale new acquisition channels.
