Job summary

Seven Retail is seeking a Content Creator Associate to join our team in Jakarta. You will develop strategic, conversion-focused creative concepts for Meta Ads and lead content from concept to execution, collaborating with video, design, and performance marketing teams to drive measurable results.

You will conduct audience and market research, craft compelling ad scripts and hooks, and optimize campaigns using data-driven insights to improve CTR and conversions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Content Creation, Creative Strategy or Performance Creative for digital advertising.
• Proven track record with Meta Ads and direct-response campaigns.
• Strong storytelling, copywriting and ideation skills to drive engagement and conversions.
• Experience researching audiences, markets, and competitors to inform content.
• Comfort collaborating with Performance Marketing, Design, Video Production and Creative teams.

Your Day-to-Day

• Develop strategic, conversion-focused creative concepts for Meta Ads that support lead generation and overall marketing objectives.
• Conduct audience, market, and competitor research to create relevant, insight-driven content that resonates with target customers.
• Write compelling ad scripts, hooks, messaging, and calls-to-action optimized for direct-response advertising and campaign performance.
• Collaborate with videographers, editors, graphic designers, and the Performance Marketing team to produce high-quality creative assets from concept to execution.
• Direct on-screen talents during production and review creative assets to ensure alignment with campaign goals, brand standards, and quality expectations.
• Analyze creative performance, develop multiple content variations, and continuously optimize assets based on key advertising metrics and campaign insights.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Content Creator, Creative Strategist, Performance Creative, or a similar role focused on digital advertising.
• Proven experience developing high-performing creative content for Meta Ads, with a portfolio demonstrating measurable campaign results.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing, direct-response advertising, and creative optimization based on metrics such as CTR, CPL, Hook Rate, and Conversion Rate.
• Excellent storytelling, copywriting, and creative ideation skills with the ability to craft content that drives engagement and conversions.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Performance Marketing, Design, Video Production, and Creative teams, throughout the content development process.
• Experience in parenting, education, kids, lifestyle, or other consumer-focused brands is a strong advantage.
