Qualifikationen

• Requires 5+ years of wireline experience in Oil & Gas.
• Experience operating and maintaining wireline equipment.
• Comfort with on-site field work and safety standards.

• Perform advanced wireline operations and support safe execution of well intervention services.
• Prepare, inspect, and repair wireline tools and equipment.
• Assist rig-up and rig-down activities following procedures.
• Monitor equipment performance and log service records.
• Participate in pre-job planning, risk assessments, and post-job reviews.
• Provide on-site guidance to junior crew members.
• Ensure compliance with QHSSE requirements.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
• Communicate with supervisors and clients to ensure successful job execution.
