Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Wireline experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrated experience operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting wireline equipment and tools.

Responsibilities

• Execute wireline operations safely and efficiently in accordance with Weatherford policies, client requirements, and industry standards.
• Prepare, inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair wireline tools, equipment, and associated systems.
• Support rig‑up and rig‑down activities while ensuring compliance with operational and safety procedures.
• Monitor equipment performance and identify potential issues before they impact operations.
• Maintain accurate operational records, equipment maintenance documentation, and service reports.
• Participate in pre‑job planning, risk assessments, toolbox talks, and post‑job reviews.
• Ensure all equipment is maintained, calibrated, and ready for deployment.
• Adhere to Quality, Health, Safety, Security & Environment (QHSSE) requirements at all times.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to junior Field Operators and assist in developing crew competency.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, clients, and operational teams to ensure successful job execution.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to operational efficiency.
