Weatherford seeks an experienced Field Specialist III - Liner Systems to support field operations across onshore, offshore, and deepwater projects in Indonesia. You will serve as a technical representative at the well site, assist with job planning, tool preparation, and field installation, and guide junior personnel while ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Qualifications

• 2.5-4 years of Oil & Gas field experience.
• Experience with Liner Systems, completions, downhole tools, or well-site operations.
• Ability to perform field calculations and engineering checks.
• Proficiency in digital reporting and job-related documentation.
• Strong critical thinking, listening, judgment, and problem-solving skills.
• Good reading and writing skills with the ability to follow policies and procedures.
• Quality control awareness to ensure products, tools, and services meet standards.
• Strong service orientation and ability to build client relationships.
• Willingness to identify issues, react effectively, and operate safely.

Responsibilities

• Execute field operations for Liner Systems across onshore, offshore, and deepwater projects in Indonesia.
• Plan jobs, prepare tools and equipment, mobilise, execute, and report post-job activities.
• Test, operate, and maintain tools per work instructions and competence level.
• Support installation of equipment in the field, ensuring safety and efficiency.
• Perform engineering checks on client site, including hand calculations and software updates.
• Monitor and analyse operational data to recommend services and improvements.
• Participate in safety meetings, toolbox talks, and risk assessments; report issues.
