Job summary

Din Tai Fung in Indonesia seeks a Warehouse & Logistics Manager to lead end-to-end warehouse, inventory control, and distribution across our restaurant network. Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain, you will drive productivity, accuracy, and on-time deliveries while strengthening internal controls.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in warehouse and logistics, 5+ years in a managerial role, and experience in F&B within a multi-brand group.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain or related field.
10+ years of experience in warehouse and logistics operations.
5+ years in a managerial/leadership role.
5+ years in F&B/restaurant industry, ideally multi-brand groups.
Experience with ERP, WMS or similar systems.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, dispatch, and inventory handling.
Ensure inventory records are accurate and aligned with physical stock.
Oversee end-to-end logistics from warehouse to restaurants/outlets and ensure on-time delivery.
Develop KPIs for warehouse productivity, inventory accuracy, and service levels.
Coach and develop warehouse and logistics teams; drive continuous improvement.
Collaborate with PPIC, Purchasing, Central Kitchen, Operations, Finance, and QA to resolve issues.
