Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 2–3 years in a warehouse or logistics environment, preferably in coordination/supervisory role.
• Proficiency with WMS, SAP S4/Hana IMWM, and MS Office; forklift certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and, where needed, executes material transfers of received goods; handles sorting and shipping as planned by the Warehouse Supervisor.
• Prepares receiving and shipping documents as necessary.
• Operates material transfer equipment.
• Maintains SAP data integrity per established processes.
• Collaborates with other functions to ensure accurate and timely material flow.
• Leads a group of Warehouse clerks when the Supervisor is absent.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
