Job summary

Elmina Villa in Bali is seeking a Senior Operations & Reservation Assistant to oversee the full reservation cycle and ensure villas are guest-ready through rigorous QC and cross‑functional coordination with housekeeping and maintenance.

You will manage daily bookings on OTA platforms, respond to guest inquiries, maintain availability and rates in Google Sheets/MS Office, and produce simple operation reports. English proficiency and attention to detail are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Associate Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field.
• 1–3 years of villa management or hospitality operations experience.
• Strong knowledge of OTA platforms and booking engines.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent English communication.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily bookings and inquiries across OTA platforms.
• Communicate with guests before, during, and after stays to ensure a seamless experience.
• Perform villa QC inspections prior to guest arrival to ensure readiness.
• Coordinate between guests, housekeeping, maintenance, and vendors to resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain guest records, update availability and rates, and prepare simple daily/weekly operation reports.
• Address guest requests and operational challenges with professionalism and a can-do attitude.
