Job summary

Tripatra seeks an experienced Site Safety Leader for offshore construction, acting as the most senior on-site authority for all vessel activities. You will drive HSSE culture, lead safety leadership, and ensure compliant operations.

You will oversee contractor safety, manage risk, and coordinate with HSSE teams, vessel operators, and stakeholders, with a focus on incident reporting and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum Barchelor Degree (S1) in Engineering.
• Minimum 20 years of offshore construction and project management experience, including at least 5 years in CVR (Company Vessel Representative).
• Extensive offshore construction and project management experience with senior offshore leadership.

Responsibilities

• Perform as Company Site Safety Leader, driving safe, efficient, and compliant offshore operations.
• Represent the company as the most senior on-site authority for all vessel activities.
• Lead and promote a strong HSSE culture with safety leadership.
